We sell fancy blasters. To keep our customers satisfied, we have a 7-day refund and return policy upon arrival, which means you have 7 days to request a refund and return the toy after you receive it. Please check carefully when you receive the order and handle it carefully.
If you are not satisfied with our refunds and returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your injector. We only accept returns to our headquarters in China. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges (if any), transfer fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and original packaging as it was received. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Toy-story.shop@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and take the correct action.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept refunds for artifact marks, scratches, bumps or any other damage after delivery.
We do not accept refunds for custom scales and/or custom logo styles, if something goes wrong please contact us for repair.
We do not accept gift returns.
Refund
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
